Prerented Properties is a property advisory that introduces buyers to pre-rented commercial properties and helps owners and Channel Partners present them. We are an intermediary, not the owner or seller of any listed property, unless we state otherwise in writing.

Listing details (price, rent, area, lease terms, yields and returns) are supplied by owners and Channel Partners and are indicative. They may change, contain errors, or be withdrawn without notice. Photographs may be illustrative and may not show the actual property.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or investment, tax or legal advice. You must verify every material fact independently, with your own lawyer and advisers, before entering any transaction.

Details you send us through the site must be accurate and yours to share. We will contact you on the number or email you give about that submission. We may ignore or delete submissions that are false, abusive or automated.

By submitting a listing, a Channel Partner confirms they hold the owner’s authority to market the property, that the details are verified and correct, and that they hold any registration required by law (including under RERA, where applicable).

Every listing is reviewed before publication. We may edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion. Brokerage, co-broking and fee terms are agreed separately in writing before any introduction.

You agree not to copy or scrape listings, misrepresent yourself, upload unlawful or infringing material, or attempt to contact a tenant or owner directly to bypass the introduction made through us.

The site’s content, design, brand name and logo belong to Biraj Realty or its licensors. Third-party images are used under their respective licences, credited on the Image Credits page.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this site, from any transaction between users, or from interruptions to the site. Our total liability in connection with the site is limited to the fees, if any, you have paid us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
