How we read a lease
Registered lease, title and tax receipts. If one is missing, the listing waits.

Every Indian listing starts with the registered lease. Not a draft, not a notarised copy. Registration is what makes the lock-in enforceable.
Next, the payer. The entity on the lease must be the entity whose account pays the rent. A bank branch paid from the central treasury is a different credit from one paid locally.
Then the building: title, occupancy certificate, property tax receipts and any society or authority NOC. Finally the clauses a buyer inherits: lock-in, escalation, exit notice, and who bears tax and maintenance.
